Whiskey Daydream

Gouache on Watercolor ground on the flat display of a cigar box-to pay homage to the tobacconist license I very nearly had if I followed a different path in life. Olivia Melanio Figurado's came on this flat wooden panel you would have to remove before you could individually bag and wrap the cigars. It was the favorite part of my day that no one else liked doing because the smell of the tobacco would linger on your fingers.

Alas: I don't smoke anything other then the whacky tobaccy these days.
